Any storage arrangement is subject to the terms contained in the customer's applicable proposal or service agreement.
9. Lighting, Materials and Ownership
When a customer's proposal specifies that lighting or other materials become the customer's property, ownership transfers according to the payment and service terms stated in that proposal.
Manufacturer warranties, including warranties applicable to lighting products or components, are subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms, conditions, and exclusions.
Labor, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage are separate services unless expressly included in the customer's proposal or service agreement.
10. Payment
Payment amounts, deposits, installment arrangements, balances, and payment due dates will be stated in the applicable estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Customers agree to pay all authorized charges according to those terms.
11. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, deposit, and refund terms may vary depending upon the customer's project because lighting, materials, wiring, and other components may be ordered, measured, cut, assembled, or prepared specifically for a customer's property.
Any project-specific cancellation, deposit, or refund provisions contained in an accepted proposal or service agreement will control over this general website provision.
